Hannah advises social impact organizations on designing and growing programs that make a real difference. She brings 10+ years of experience collaborating with nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies during times of transition and growth.
Most recently, she served as the inaugural Director of International Programs at SAGE—the world’s oldest and largest organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ older adults. During her tenure, she spearheaded the design and implementation of multi-country initiatives and was the driving force behind SAGE’s first global expansion strategy—successfully launching operations and high-impact programs across 6 continents. Her expertise has also been sought by leading institutions such as AVAC, Columbia University, and the National Development and Research Institutes, where she has played a key role in advancing stakeholder management, participatory grantmaking, and long-term strategic planning.
While her consultancy spans a broad range of issue areas, Hannah has particular expertise in rare disease, healthy aging, and patient advocacy, with a strong commitment to supporting underserved groups like LGBTQ+ individuals and older adults. She has spoken on these issues at high-level forums, including the United Nations.
In addition to consulting and public speaking, Hannah is a dedicated end-of-life and bereavement doula, providing compassionate support to individuals and families facing serious illness and loss.
